After Laval at the end of 2020, the AGF Group is in the process of installing its 15th shop in Canada. Based in Vancouver, it will be the second one of the Group in British Columbia.<\/p>\n

About 525 feet long and 80 wide, it will consist of two parts (one to the east, the other to the west). At the center of these two parts are the loading docks for the manufactured materials that will be loaded onto the trailers ready to be delivered to our customers.<\/p>\n

It will include, among other things, a tower crane and two 10-tonne gantry cranes.<\/p>\n

As of today, we have 75% of our manufacturing equipment, so we will start assembling the components this month. <\/p>\n

The team in place <\/h3>\n

With 30 years of experience in reinforcing steel, James Shannon took over the management of the plant. His team will be made up of Rick Odney (maintenance man \/ welder) and 3 new young operators.<\/p>\n

15ª planta en Canadá<\/h2>\n

 
\nDespués de Laval a finales del 2020, Grupo AGF está instalando su 15ª planta en Canadá. Ubicada en Vancouver, será la segunda de Grupo AGF en Colombia Británica.<\/p>\n

Con aproximadamente 160 m (525 ft) de largo y 24 m (80 ft) de ancho, estará compuesta de dos partes (una al este y otra al oeste). Al centro de estas dos partes se colocarán las plataformas de cargamento de los materiales fabricados que se cargarán en los remolques para entregárselos a nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n

Entre otras cosas, contará con una grúa de construcción y dos grúas pórticos de 10 toneladas. A la fecha, contamos con 75% de nuestro equipo de fabricación, así que comenzaremos a ensamblar los componentes este mes. Tenemos un problema de conexión eléctrica, pero esperamos poder poner en marcha la producción alrededor del primero de agosto.<\/p>\n
