– Céline De Oliveira<\/strong> (Health and Safety Manager – Quebec’s divisions) : She quickly established a good relationship with the plant employees. Her approach is remarkable: it feels less like discipline and more like kindness. This will have a positive impact on a value of great importance to AGF Group: health and safety.

– Dana Lingwood <\/strong>(Director, Sales and Estimating- Kitchener)  She is an exceptional manager: even though she has a large team, she’s always available to help and answer questions right away and discuss problems, whether work-related or personal. In spite of very intense activity, she keeps her cool and helps us to manage difficult situations.

– Dave Andrews <\/strong>(Operator -London)  The London team would like to congratulate Dave Andrews for beating his record on his MEP Focus-16 automated machine during his shift. Congratulations Dave on a job well done.

– Jules Paulin <\/strong>(<\/em>General Manager – AGF Olympic)<\/em> He is managing a tough situation at the Caraquet plant, with high employee turnover and a very large number of projects. Despite this, he and his team recently set a weekly production record of more than 100 mt.Congratulations!.

– McBerth Hooper<\/strong> (Operator, Calgary) : He has worked tirelessly to improve safety, quality and production at our Calgary facility. Under his leadership, we have increased our capacity, exceeded our production targets and are now at 220 days without an injury. McBerth is an integral part of our operations, and we’re pleased to see him grow as a leader at AGF.

– Céline De Oliveira<\/strong> (Quebec divisions) : Supo crear en poco tiempo una gran relación con los empleados de la planta. Su método es de una calidad extraordinaria: no crea la impresión de disciplina sino de generosidad hacia ellos, lo cual tendrá seguramente un impacto positivo en un valor muy importante para Grupo AGF: La salud y seguridad de todos.

– Dana Lingwood <\/strong>(Kitchener)  Es una administradora sin igual; a pesar de ser un equipo grande, siempre está disponible para ayudar y responder inmediatamente a las preguntas, discutir sobre los problemas profesionales o personales. Aunque la actividad es intensa, mantiene la calma y nos ayuda a manejar las situaciones difíciles.

– Jules Paulin <\/strong>(<\/em>Caraquet)<\/em> HEstá manejando una situación difícil en la planta de Caraquet con una rotación importante de empleados y en un contexto en donde el nivel de proyectos a realizar es muy elevado. A pesar de todo, su equipo logró últimamente un récord de producción semanal superior a las 100 t. ¡Enhorabuena!
