India has been hard hit in the past months by the COVID-19 pandemic. Fortunately, the situation has been improving. A few days ago, our employees were even able to return to the office.<\/p>\n

Thanks to our team’s involvement, we can already say that our retail target of 80,000 MT for 2021 will be reached and even surpassed.<\/p>\n

Recruitment was also recently given the green light. We are pleased to announce new hires, primarly in estimating: we have grown from 7 to 22 people.<\/p>\n

This reinforcement of our teams reflects AGF Group’s desire for AGF Tecnik to provide estimating support for all our divisions in Canada, by performing what is called double-checking.<\/p>\n

Why is this necessary? By double-checking, we minimize risk in estimating. By being more accurate, we can offer a better price to our customers.<\/p>\n

A standardization project<\/h3>\n

For several months now, a task force has been working on standardizing our processes in order to harmonize them across our divisions. A first phase will be available in the WIKI in the next few days.<\/p>\n

Although it’s a huge undertaking, it’s a very interesting one, which forces us to question ourselves and sometimes challenges what we think. I would like to thank all those  who are helping us with this project! <\/strong><\/p>\n

AGF Tecnik, el crecimiento continúa<\/p>\n

Durante los últimos meses, la pandemia de COVID-19 afectó a India considerablemente. Afortunadamente, la situación se mejoró. Hace algunos días, nuestros empleados pudieron incluso regresar a las oficinas.<\/p>\n

Gracias a la participación de nuestro equipo, podemos desde ahora afirmar que nuestro objetivo de detallado, establecido a 80 000 t para el 2021, será alcanzado e incluso superado.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a la contratación, todo sigue adelante ya que la contratación ha reanudado desde hace poco. Nos complace anunciar ya nuevas contrataciones, principalmente en el área de estimación: de 7 personas hemos pasado a 22.
\nEste fortalecimiento de los equipos refleja la determinación de Grupo AGF para que AGF Tecnik se vuelva el soporte de estimación de todas nuestras divisiones en Canadá, efectuando lo que llamamos la doble verificación.<\/p>\n

¿Por qué es necesaria? Al realizar una doble verificación, minimizamos el riesgo en lo referente a la estimación. Al ser más precisos, podemos realizar una mejor oferta de precios para nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n

Proyecto de estandarización<\/h3>\n

Desde hace algunos meses, un grupo de trabajo lleva a cabo en paralelo un trabajo de estandardización de nuestros procedimientos, con el fin de obtener una armonización entre nuestras divisiones. La primera fase estará disponible en el wiki dentro de unos días. Es un trabajo gigantesco, pero sumamente interesante, que nos obliga algunas veces a cuestionarnos.
