What would you change in the company?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Since I say it often, you undoubtedly know my goal is nothing less than world-class status for our Group.<\/p>\n

This means we have to adapt quickly to many changes that will help us continue to be a leader in rebar in Canada, and eventually in other regions of the world. With this in mind, we have several projects underway, including the AGF 4.0 program.<\/p>\n

So if there’s one thing I would really like to change—or even improve—in our company, it is precisely the culture of change!<\/p>\n

I want everyone to understand the importance of adapting, of being agile and going the extra mile to change some of the ways we do things and adopt best practices.<\/p>\n

AGF has never shied away from making bold decisions, and I would like to see improving our culture of change become the watchword for the members of our team: change is what drives us!<\/p>\n

Cultura del cambio<\/h3>\n

Como lo repito con frecuencia, usted sabe sin duda que aspiro a nada menos que la clase mundial para nuestro Grupo.<\/p>\n

Esto implica que debemos adaptarnos rápidamente a múltiples cambios que nos ayudarán a continuar siendo un líder en el acero de refuerzo en Canadá y posteriormente en otras regiones del mundo. Varios proyectos están en marcha en este sentido, entre ellos el programa AGF 4.0.<\/p>\n

Así que, si hay una cosa que me gustaría realmente cambiar en nuestra empresa, e incluso mejorar, es justamente… ¡la cultura del cambio!<\/p>\n

Deseo que todos entiendan la importancia de adaptarse, de ser ágil, de realizar esfuerzos suplementarios para cambiar ciertas maneras de realizar las cosas y para adoptar las mejores prácticas.<\/p>\n
