At the end of December 2021, AGF acquired a stake in the French company EMCA. The company, which specializes in rebar installation, has an excellent reputation in Europe and more specifically in France. Its manager is Patrice Dillet, who has solid experience in our business and above all, shares the same values as the AGF Group.<\/p>\n

EMCA is very active in several projects in the Paris region, including significant involvement in the Grand Paris Express project, a new four-line metro network around Paris.<\/p>\n

I’m very pleased to welcome a new member to the AGF family and to be able to rely on the experience and know-how of one of the best rebar teams in France. I would like to thank Patrice for his confidence in AGF’s ability to continue the development of EMCA. in the future.<\/p>\n
