We would like to thank AGF’s President – Serge gendron – who has had and continues to have a positive influence on countless lives and careers of employees from various regions of the world. His Enthusiasm, Encouragement, Ethics, and Experience have taken AGF Group to Great heights. His passion and unwavering support has been the core reason for AGF Tecnik’s success and growth.<\/p>\n

Since its inception, AGF Tecnik has grown from strength to strength in spite of the difficulties, differences, and also while encountering the Pandemic. The management always had a positive attitude and searched for opportunities from every situation under the leadership of Mr. Thirupathi Govindarasu, and the Guidance &  complete Trust of Mr. Gabriel Bonin which served as the backbone of AGF Tecnik’s Success.<\/p>\n

The Preparation positive attitude and exemplary support from the management made it possible for every employee to grow, prosper and excel in their Career. And Give their all to the AGF Group.<\/p>\n

Starting in 2018 with a small team of 25 Member’s it has expanded its team exponentially to 45 employees in 2019,71 employees in 2020 91 Employees in 2021 and 128 Employees presently, Which we hope will reach 160 employees by the end of 2022 and grow further in the future<\/p>\n

Not only the number of employees but also the production growth has seen a tremendous increase every year exceeding the yearly targets with flying colours every single time.<\/p>\n

In 2018 <\/strong>the detailing target was 3500 Metric Tons, and the AGF Tecnik has done 4182 Metric Tons. The Estimation target was 1500 MT, Results: 2614 Metric Tons. <\/p>\n

2019 <\/strong>
\nDetailing target: 19850 MT – Results: 28431 MT.
\nEstimation target was 19000 MT – Results 67941 MT.
\n <\/p>\n

2020 <\/strong>
\nDetailing target: 40800 MT – Results: 57796 MT.
\nEstimation target 27000 MT – Results 86656 MT. <\/p>\n

2021 <\/strong>
\nDetailing target: 80000 MT – Results: 94154 MT.
\nEstimation target: 72900 MT – Results: 147296 MT. <\/p>\n

2022<\/strong>
\nDetailing target: 85416 MT
\nEstimation target: 126000 MT. <\/p>\n

AGF Tecnik thanks all the divisions of AGF Group for providing the opportunity to AGF Tecnik to Support them and grow along with them. AGF Tecnik is ready and hopes to take on every single job, Irrespective of the size, difficulty, and Support of every division of the AGF Group in their Endeavours.<\/p>\n

AGF Tecnik’s next task will be to make the AGF Group fully independent with the ability to handle all estimating, detailing and building information modeling work, all with a focus on precision overproduction. With the constant thirst for growth and the ability to adapt to meet all challenges, AGF Tecnik tries to realize its dream of being an important cog in the growth of the AGF Group.<\/p>\n

En este inicio de año, todo el equipo desea agradecerle al presidente de Grupo AGF, Serge Gendron, quien tuvo y continúa teniendo una influencia positiva en innumerables vidas y carreras de empleados de diversas regiones del mundo.<\/p>\n

Su entusiasmo, su motivación, su ética y su experiencia impulsaron a Grupo AGF hacia grandes alturas. Su pasión y su apoyo incondicional fueron la principal razón de éxito y del crecimiento de AGF Tecnik.<\/p>\n

Desde su creación en 2018, AGF Tecnik creció poco a poco a pesar de las dificultades, las diferencias y también la pandemia. La dirección siempre tuvo una actitud positiva y buscó oportunidades en todas las situaciones. Les permitió a todos los empleados crecer, prosperar y sobresalir en su carrera. El liderazgo del Sr. Thirupathi Govindarasu y los consejos y la confianza total del Sr. Gabriel Bonin sirvieron de base para el éxito de AGF Tecnik.<\/p>\n

En sus inicios, AGF Tecnik era un equipo pequeño de 25 miembros. Creció de manera exponencial a 45 empleados en el 2019, 71 empleados en el 2020, 91 empleados en el 2021, y 128 empleados actualmente. Esperamos alcanzar los 160 empleados de aquí a finales del 2022.<\/p>\n

En el 2018<\/strong>, el objetivo de detallado era de 3500 t y AGF Tecnik finalemente realizó 4182 t. El objetivo de estimación era de 1500 t y el resultado fue de 2614 t.<\/p>\n

Objetivo de detallado: 85 416 t

La próxima tarea de AGF Tecnik será hacer que Grupo AGF sea completamente independiente con la capacidad de dirigir todos los trabajos de estimación, de detallado y de modelización de información en el sector de la construcción. Todo, concentrándose en la sobreprotección de precisión.<\/p>\n
