Ranine Sanou<\/strong>
\nRanine stands out for her attention to detail, her professionalism and the quality of her work. She makes sure that her work is always well done, since she quickly understands that her role is part of a chain of tasks and that another person will have to work with the fruit of her labor. It is for this reason that all the collaborators are happy to work with Ranine since her quality of work facilitates their tasks and it is a great pleasure to work with such a professional person.<\/p>\n

\nNathalie has been a great help in bringing the team together to standardize our quote in Ontario & Western Canada, she has great team spirit and is always willing to help. She also has run some great events for the Foundation in the past few months and has been able to get people from all across the company involved.<\/p>\n

Pascale Callender et Hamédine Sy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to Pascale and Hamedine for their involvement in the negotiation of the new collective agreement for Armabec employees. The employer and union representatives had an easy and cordial exchange throughout the process. Labor relations can thus continue in a healthy climate for all. Congratulations to all stakeholders for showing respect in a spirit of joint performance.<\/p>\n

Simon Trépanier<\/strong>
\nSimon works at the Armabec plant (Longueuil) since 2015. He uses a lot of scrap on his machine and thus eliminates a large amount of steel that would otherwise have ended up in the scrap heap. He is a cutter on the Shear 40.<\/p>\n

Andrea Holliday<\/strong>
\nSince joining the company in October as Detailing Manager for BC, she has done various duties to get the department up and running. Regardless of the task – moving office furniture, setting up computers, working with the field – she will do whatever it takes to make AGF successful. <\/p>\n

\nRanine se distingue por su meticulosidad, su profesionalismo y por la calidad de su trabajo. Se asegura de que su trabajo esté siempre bien hecho, ya que entendió rápidamente que su función forma parte de una cadena de tareas y que otra persona tendrá que trabajar con el fruto de su trabajo. Es por esta razón que todos se alegran de trabajar con Ranine, ya que la calidad de su trabajo facilita sus tareas y porque es muy grato colaborar con una persona tan profesional.<\/p>\n

Pascale Callender y Hamedine Sy<\/strong>
\nGracias a Pascale y a Hamédine por su implicación en la negociación del nuevo convenio laboral para los empleados de Armabec. El empleador y los representantes sindicales tuvieron intercambios fáciles y cordiales durante todo el proceso. Las relaciones de trabajo pueden así continuar en un clima sano para todos. Felicidades a todas las partes interesadas por haber demostrado respeto con un espíritu de rendimiento común.<\/p>\n

Nathalie Dionne <\/strong>
\nNathalie fue de gran ayuda para reunir al equipo con el fin de normalizar nuestro presupuesto en Ontario y en el oeste de Canadá. Tiene un gran espíritu de equipo y siempre está dispuesta a ayudar. Asimismo, organizó excelentes eventos para la Fundación durante los últimos meses y consiguió que personas de toda la empresa participaran.<\/p>\n

\nDesde que se unió a la empresa en octubre como Gerente de Detallado para Colombia Británica, Andrea efectuó diversas funciones para poner en marcha el departamento: cualquiera que sea la tarea, desplazar muebles en la oficina, instalar computadoras, trabajar en el terreno, hará todo lo necesario para alcanzar el éxito de AGF.<\/p>\n
