AGF Group strives to be a leader in its field, both technically and in terms of our commitment to the community.<\/p>\n

One of AGF’s corporate values is community involvement. We have a duty to take action for a better world.<\/p>\n

By establishing guidelines for positive and effective practices, our company ensures the decisions we make are consistent with our principles and values.<\/p>\n

The ESG project, which will address environmental, social and governance issues, is coming soon!<\/p>\n

The first policy should be published by the end of the summer. The Gendron family is committed to these efforts, with a view to increasing AGF’s involvement in these issues that are closely tied to current events.<\/p>\n

In each of the three areas, we have identified avenues for action:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Environmental <\/strong>– Mitigate our impact on climate change \/ Participate in sustainable development \/ Be part of a circular economy.<\/p>\n

Social<\/strong> – Optimize human resources \/ Focus on employee well-being \/ Strive for efficiency in occupational health and safety.<\/p>\n

Governance <\/strong>– Have mastery over our governance \/ Ensure the company’s future \/ Pursue innovation \/ Ensure robust cybersecurity.<\/p>\n

Proyecto ESG: factores ambientales, sociales y de gobierno corporativo <\/strong><\/p>\n

Grupo AGF tiene como objetivo ser un líder en su área, tanto en el área técnica como en su impacto en la comunidad.<\/p>\n

De hecho, uno de los valores corporativos de AGF es la entrega social. Tenemos el deber de actuar para tener un mundo mejor.<\/p>\n

Al establecer líneas directrices de prácticas positivas y eficaces, nuestra empresa se asegura de tomar decisiones que concuerden con sus principios y valores.<\/p>\n

El proyecto ESG, que tratará sobre los factores ambientales, sociales y de gobierno corporativo ¡está por llegar!<\/p>\n

En efecto, la primera política deberá ver el día de aquí a finales de verano. Es un trabajo muy importante para la familia Gendron, quien tiene como objetivo que AGF cada vez se implique más en estos temas que se encuentran al centro de la actualidad.<\/p>\n

Para cada uno de estos tres factores, hemos identificado líneas de acción:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ambientales:<\/strong> Atenuar nuestro impacto en el cambio climático, participar en el desarrollo sostenible, integrarse en una economía circular;<\/p>\n

Sociales:<\/strong> Optimizar los recursos humanos, centrarse en el bienestar de los empleados, ser eficientes en la salud y seguridad en el trabajo.<\/p>\n

Gobierno corporativo:<\/strong> Ser dueños de nuestra gobernanza, perpetuar la empresa, innovar, ser eficientes con respecto a la ciberseguridad.<\/p>\n

El proyecto GSS es un proyecto a gran escala que pretende ser un proyecto conjunto. Cualquier empleado de AGF puede presentar ideas sobre este tema y serán evaluadas dentro del marco establecido por nuestro programa.
