Congratulations to Steven Costa, who placed first!<\/p>\n<p>AGF has been a member of RSIC for many years. Dana Lingwood (Director, Sales &amp; Estimating) is on the Institute&rsquo;s board, and several other AGF employees serve on its various committees.<\/p>\n<p>The Institute&rsquo;s role is to promote reinforced concrete as the most effective and efficient method of construction. It provides the rebar industry with valuable tools (e.g. Recommended Standards Manual) and training to facilitate and improve work. It also promotes careers in reinforcing steel trades to ensure an adequate labour pool for the market.<\/p>\n<p>For more information: <a href=\"https:\/\/rebar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>rebar.org<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2420.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Torneo de Golf de RSIC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El pasado 26 de mayo, AGF Rebar particip&oacute; en el torneo de golf anual del Instituto de acero de refuerzo de Canad&aacute; (RSIC, por sus en ingl&eacute;s) y &iexcl;ganamos! &iexcl;Felicidades a Steven Costa quien obtuvo el primer lugar!<\/p>\n<p>AGF es miembro de RSIC desde hace muchos a&ntilde;os. Por este motivo, Dana Lingwood (Directora de Ventas y Estimaci&oacute;n) es miembro del consejo de administraci&oacute;n y muchos otros empleados de AGF participan en los diferentes comit&eacute;s del Instituto.<\/p>\n<p>El papel de este organismo es promover el hormig&oacute;n armado como el m&eacute;todo de construcci&oacute;n m&aacute;s eficiente. Ponen a disposici&oacute;n de las partes interesadas del sector de acero de refuerzo invaluables herramientas (por ejemplo, el manual de normas recomendadas) y formaciones para facilitar y mejorar el trabajo de cada uno.
