Our team initially worked on the first phase, which included the parkade for towers 1 and 2 (about 1,000 MT of rebar). In parallel, the team obtained a contract to install 700 MT of rebar for the second building.<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s a great achievement, and it&rsquo;s ahead of schedule too! The project, which was scheduled to begin in September, got under way on July 1, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The first tower will comprise between 200,000 and 215,000 square feet of floor space, 150 apartments and 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Construction of this tower is expected to be completed in September 2023. The second tower will be completed in 2025 and the third by 2027.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations to those working on this project!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2432.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuevas torres en Moncton (NB)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AGF Olympic, nuestra divisi&oacute;n de Carquet, trabaja en este momento en un gran proyecto de torres a uso mixto de 15 pisos en el centro de Moncton (Nuevo Brunswick).<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de un proyecto en tres fases. Nuestro equipo se comprometi&oacute; primero en una parte que inclu&iacute;a el estacionamiento de las torres 1 y 2 (aproximadamente 1000&nbsp;t de acero de refuerzo). Al mismo tiempo, el equipo obtuvo un contrato para la instalaci&oacute;n de 700&nbsp;t de acero de refuerzo en el segundo edificio.<\/p>\n<p>Esto ha sido un gran logro&hellip; &iexcl;con antelaci&oacute;n al calendario previsto! La construcci&oacute;n de esta torre debe terminarse en septiembre de 2023. La de la segunda torre, en el 2025.
