Some requests end up needing to get others involved and Courtney displays a great example of leadership mindset and team spirit to ensure that we in British Columbia get the job done.<\/p>\n<p>Associated Values: Leadership Mindset, Team Spirit<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joey-Alvin Huard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Joey_Alvin_Huard_EN-3.png\" style=\"height:200px; width:200px\" title=\"\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Joey led the project to set up 5S at the Quebec City plant. He was involved in employee training and awareness, as well as implementing the 5S tables. He will also provide maintenance services with the production team. Joey is always ready to coach and help out with even the most complex projects. His unflagging team spirit makes him indispensable to the cohesion and synergy of our operations.
