Joining their entity to ours therefore seemed obvious to us.<br \/>\nOur new colleagues have shined in many projects such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nuttby Mountain Wind Farm, 22 turbine bases, 1130 Tons, 2010.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Eastern Passage Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1260 Tons,&nbsp;2011.<\/li>\n<li>Citadel Hotel Redevelopment, two 15 storey hotels &amp; 18 storey apartment building, 1830 Tons,&nbsp;2012-2013.<\/li>\n<li>The Interchange (apartment building) : 2650 Tons, 18 more months to completion.<\/li>\n<li>CBRH Clinical Service Building (hospital addition in Cape Breton) : &nbsp;1600 Tons, 18 more months to completion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is really great news for them and for us. By joining us, the Rendan team will benefit from the support of our head office for corporate services.<br \/>\nAnd the AGF Group will be able to benefit from the reputation of this company, recognized for the excellence of its work in its region.<\/p>\n<p>The entire Rendan team remains in place for the continuation of activities, under the leadership of Joey MacEachran. The&nbsp;business unit&nbsp;also keeps its name, and&nbsp;will report to&nbsp;Charles Chebl &#8211; Senior Vice President Execution of the AGF Group.<\/p>\n<p>Welcome to the AGF family and&nbsp;success to the team !<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/groupeagf.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ligne_bleue_separation_version_e-2473.jpg\" style=\"height:67px; width:400px\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Grupo AGF adquiere la empresa Rendan<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Desde hace cierto tiempo Grupo AGF deseaba abrirse camino en Nueva Escocia &iexcl;y lo ha logrado!<\/p>\n<p>En efecto, es con gran entusiasmo que anunciamos la llegada de Rendan Fabricators Ltd. a la gran familia de Grupo AGF durante este mes de abril de 2023. Rendan es una empresa bien establecida que opera en el sector del acero de refuerzo desde la d&eacute;cada de los a&ntilde;os setenta cerca de Halifax.<\/p>\n<p>Compartimos los mismos valores, la misma visi&oacute;n y el mismo sentido del rigor de la calidad en la ejecuci&oacute;n de nuestras tareas para el servicio a la clientela. Por consiguiente, la uni&oacute;n de su entidad con la nuestra nos parec&iacute;a evidente.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestros nuevos colegas han destacado en numerosos proyectos como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&ldquo;The Interchange&rdquo; (edificio de apartamentos): 2650&nbsp;t, finalizaci&oacute;n en 18&nbsp;meses;<\/li>\n<li>Edificio de servicios cl&iacute;nicos CBRH (adici&oacute;n de un hospital en Cap-Breton): 1600&nbsp;t, finalizaci&oacute;n en 18&nbsp;meses;<\/li>\n<li>Central e&oacute;lica de Nuttby Mountain: 22&nbsp;bases de turbinas, 1130&nbsp;t, 2010;<\/li>\n<li>Planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales del paso oeste: 1260&nbsp;t, 2011;<\/li>\n<li>Remodelaci&oacute;n del hotel Citadel: dos hoteles de 15&nbsp;pisos y un edificio de apartamentos de 18&nbsp;pisos, 1830&nbsp;t, 2012-2013.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es una gran noticia para ellos y para nosotros. Al unirse a nosotros, el equipo de Rendan contar&aacute; con el apoyo de nuestra sede social en lo referente a los servicios corporativos. Grupo AGF, por su parte, podr&aacute; beneficiarse de la reputaci&oacute;n de esta empresa, reconocida por la excelencia de su trabajo en esta regi&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>Todo el equipo de Rendan actualmente en funciones mantendr&aacute; su lugar y continuar&aacute; con sus actividades bajo la direcci&oacute;n de Joey MacEachran.
