Les Fées Marraines [the Fairy Godmothers] is an organization that for many years has been committed to social inclusion, self-actualization and student retention among vulnerable youth in their graduating year of high school. Its mission is to provide complete prom outfits free of charge to youth in need.<\/p>\n

Foundation ambassador Samuel Chartrant organized a huge drive for prom dresses, outfits and accessories for this organization. This initiative was a great success thanks to the commitment and solidarity of AGF’s head office employees in Longueuil. It kicked off on April 24 to make prom night an unforgettable experience for graduates in the region. <\/p>\n

The donation box at the reception desk has been filled several times, which attests to the widespread commitment and solidarity with this worthy cause.<\/p>\n

As a result of this clothing drive, Les Fées Marraines had a gorgeous selection of outfits to offer these young people so they can celebrate this milestone in their lives. The end of the school year can be a trying time for some students, and we were able to contribute to ensuring they have a magical evening.<\/p>\n

As an ambassador for the AGF Group Foundation, I would like to thank all the employees at head office for their generosity and commitment to this cause. Together, we helped make this a memorable time for these young people and make their prom a night to remember.<\/p>\n

El organismo “Fées Marraines” se compromete desde hace varios años a valorizar la inclusión social, la autorrealización y la perseverancia escolar de los jóvenes del quinto año de secundaria que se encuentran en una situación de vulnerabilidad. Su misión es proporcionarles gratuitamente a los jóvenes necesitados atuendos completos para el baile de graduación.<\/p>\n

Como embajador de la Fundación, Samuel Chartrant organizó una gran colecta de ropa y accesorios de baile para este organismo. Esta acción fue un gran éxito gracias a la entrega y a la solidaridad de los empleados de la sede social de AGF en Longueuil. Esta iniciativa se lanzó el 24 de abril pasado para ayudar a los graduados de la región a disfrutar de una velada inolvidable.<\/p>\n

La caja de donativos disponible en la recepción se llenó varias veces, demostrando la entrega y la solidaridad de todos hacia esta maravillosa causa.<\/p>\n

Gracias a esta colecta, “Fées Marraines” les pudo ofrecer una gran selección de atuendos a estos jóvenes para que celebraran esta importante etapa de su vida. El fin del año escolar es un periodo crucial para ciertos jóvenes y esta iniciativa permitió ofrecerles una velada de ensueño.<\/p>\n

Como embajador de la Fundación Grupo AGF, les agradezco a todos los empleados de la sede social por su generosidad y su entrega hacia esta causa.
