To date, just under 15,000 metric tons have been supplied for Phase 1 of the project, with approximately 8,200 metric tons planned for Phase 2.

Every day, from 25 to 35 workers are involved in building this complex infrastructure, comprising large inverted slabs and imposing walls, anchored deep underground, and some areas covered by a roof, notably at intersections.

This major project is divided into 10 separate worksites, each supervised by its own foreman and team of workers. In addition to working with the KEV consortium on the project as a whole, Serge Meconse, our site superintendent, has to manage all 10 sites simultaneously. Despite a small delay, the AGF teams, under the adept management of Serge and his foremen, managed to get back on schedule, achieving significant time savings of several days, thanks to their expertise and unwavering work ethic.

Congratulations to the teams involved in this nice project, which is redefining sustainable transportation in Ottawa!
