The project<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Windsor is\u00a0the largest expansion in the Canadian automotive industry, with the creation of the Nextstar battery plant (a collaboration between Stellantis and LG Energy Solutions).<\/p>\n

This ambitious project aims to establish a state-of-the-art battery manufacturing facility, fuelling the transition to sustainable electric vehicles.<\/p>\n

Our team<\/strong><\/h3>\n

AGF proudly assumed the task of supplying and installing 900 MT of rebar\u00a0on this site.
\nOur team is composed\u00a0of 18 to 25 people, depending on the job, plus administrative and production staff.<\/p>\n

Site challenges<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Several challenges emerged, testing the team’s ingenuity in the field:<\/p>\n

1. Firstly, planning challenges, which proved complex due to frequent changes and dependencies on other trades.Teams have to adapt quickly to changes to keep the project on schedule.<\/p>\n

2. There are also challenges in terms of access and logistics: access to work areas is sometimes complex, particularly during the inspections and the site protocols, required for the installation to run smoothly. Meticulous logistics management is essential to overcome these obstacles.<\/p>\n

Varios desaf\u00edos han surgido, poniendo a prueba la ingeniosidad del equipo en el terreno:<\/p>\n

En primer lugar, hay desaf\u00edos de planificaci\u00f3n que resultan complejos debido a cambios frecuentes y dependencias con otros oficios. Los equipos deben adaptarse r\u00e1pidamente a las modificaciones para mantener el calendario del proyecto.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n existen desaf\u00edos en t\u00e9rminos de acceso y log\u00edstica: El acceso a las \u00e1reas de trabajo a veces es complicado, especialmente durante las inspecciones necesarias para el buen desarrollo de la instalaci\u00f3n. Una gesti\u00f3n meticulosa de la log\u00edstica es esencial para superar estos obst\u00e1culos.<\/p>\n
