And the winner is&#8230; Calgary! S\u00e9bastien praised the work of Shaun Went and his team for boldly and successfully transforming their division.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Health and Safety<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As safety is a priority for AGF, this award was given to the Ottawa team, recognized for its exceptional results in this area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Performance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This award honored all AGF divisions in Ontario for their impressive productivity and financial performance over the past year. S\u00e9bastien congratulated the teams for their commitment and exemplary determination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Team Spirit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Longueuil team was recognized for its exceptional team spirit, not only within their division but also in its interactions with other Group divisions, whether for technical collaboration, exchanging best practices, or accomplishing complex rebar projects as a team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Community Involvement<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If there is one team that has inspired us this year with its exceptional social commitment, it is the AGF Rebar team in Markham. Among other things, thanks to the boundless enthusiasm of Islam Khan and his colleagues, numerous benefit activities were organized, demonstrating a true spirit of solidarity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>ERP Hero Award<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A special award was given this year.
