Rendan Fabricators, a division of AGF Rebar, is currently involved in several major residential projects in the Halifax area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

<\/h4>\n

MZM Tower project<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In collaboration with Fares Construction Ltd. Rendan is involved in the construction of the MZM Tower, a 20-storey residential tower comprising 105 apartment units.<\/p>\n

A total of 830 metric tons of reinforcing steel will be required for this project. Work began in May 2023 and is scheduled for completion in April 2025. On site, a team of six workers is busy bringing the project to fruition.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

<\/h4>\n

Project Abraham<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In partnership with Commons View Holdings Limited, Rendan Fabricators is also working on the Abraham project, a 9-storey multifunctional development comprising 108 apartments and commercial space.<\/p>\n

A total of 560 metric tons of reinforcing steel will be required for this project. The project began in January 2024 and is scheduled for completion in June 2025. Five AGF workers are mobilized on this site.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

<\/h4>\n

Residential project on Pleasant Street
\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In collaboration with Transom Properties, Rendan is involved in the construction of an 8-storey building comprising 137 residential units on Pleasant Street.<\/p>\n

The project, involving 835 metric tons of reinforcing steel, began in November 2023 and is scheduled for completion in January 2025. A team of six workers is dedicated to this project.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
