This prestigious award highlights his outstanding commitment to workplace <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">health and safety<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nicholas&#8217;s dedication is shown by his continuous efforts to enhance his skills, including earning key certifications.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2022, Nicholas received his National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation. This certification proves his ability to help <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AGF<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8216;s management in developing and overseeing <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">health and safety<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> systems, identifying specific workplace issues, and communicating effectively with all involved parties. In February 2024, Nicholas also completed a certificate in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Systems at the University of Fredericton in February 2024, further enhancing his ability to maintain a safe working environment at <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AGF<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
