A first edition fueled by solidarity<\/span><\/h3>\n

On April 23, three teams from the AGF Group<\/strong> put on their aprons to take part in La Grande Marmite<\/strong><\/em>, a large-scale culinary initiative organized by La Tabl\u00e9e des Chefs<\/strong><\/em>. This inspiring event, in its very first edition, aimed to tackle food insecurity<\/strong> head-on by bringing the community together around a challenge that was both meaningful and delicious.<\/p>\n

40,000 ready-to-cook soups for youth in need<\/span><\/h3>\n

Alongside more than 1,200 participants<\/strong>, including around thirty public figures, volunteers joined forces to prepare 40,000 dry soup kits<\/strong>. These nutritious meals will be distributed in elementary schools located in underprivileged areas<\/strong>, through the Soupes Solidaires<\/strong><\/em> program, reaching over one million children across Quebec<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fundraising at the heart of the mission<\/span><\/h3>\n

In addition to cooking, each AGF team committed to raising $1,500<\/strong>, contributing to an impressive total of $450,000<\/strong>. The entire amount will go directly to supporting the educational and social mission<\/strong> of La Tabl\u00e9e des Chefs<\/strong><\/em>, which works daily to reduce food insecurity throughout Quebec.<\/p>\n
