The building will feature 176 rental units and five commercial spaces. Approximately six employees are currently active on the site working with nearly 1,200 metric tons of rebar.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #165788;\">Project Progress<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AGF started working on the site in February 2025, and to date, the foundations as well as the P1 and P2 levels <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">have been completed, representing just over half of AGF\u2019s scope of work.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the coming months, the teams will continue the elevated slab work at a steady pace, with three concrete pours per floor.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AGF\u2019s involvement is expected to be completed by December 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #165788;\">A well-coordinated jobsite<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The site offers limited space, requiring tight coordination and precise delivery planning, especially given the fast pace of development.
