This iconic event, which blends athletic challenges with solidarity and purpose, reflects the core values that drive us at AGF Group: performance, community involvement and team spirit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 24H Tremblant is far more than just a skiing, running or walking event. It\u2019s a true collective mission, where every step, every run, every effort helps support causes that make a real difference in the lives of children who are sick or in need. In 2024, the event raised over $5.7 million in support of, among others, the Charles-Bruneau Foundation, the Tremblant Foundation and the CHEO Foundation (Children\u2019s Hospital of Eastern Ontario).<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #3f3f3f;\">This year, we have three key ambitions:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #009fe3;\"><b>Increase our philanthropic impact<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by boosting financial contributions through creative fundraising initiatives (raffles, challenges, BBQs, etc.) across our different business units;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #009fe3;\"><b>Encourage broader employee involvement<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> through the creation of ski, snowboard and run\/walk teams;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And, true to our performance mindset,<\/span><span style=\"color: #009fe3;\"><b> improve our athletic ranking<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> during the event!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #3f3f3f;\">Putting a face to the cause: Eliakim<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"115\" data-end=\"409\">This year, our participation takes on even greater meaning through the courage of Eliakim, a 4-year-old boy battling leukemia. His bravery reminds us why we come together. Thanks to the funds raised by the 24H, he will receive specialized care and tailored support to help him through this challenge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"498\">Together, we help Eliakim and so many other children continue to dream, play and grow.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"765\">The AGF Group Foundation is proud to support these efforts by <span style=\"color: #009fe3;\"><strong>matching the amounts raised through every fundraising activity organized by AGF employees, up to $1,000<\/strong><\/span>. This support encourages all initiatives, big or small, that contribute to this worthy cause. Together, every gesture counts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"976\">I want to highlight the dedication and enthusiasm of the employees already involved in organizing and participating in the 24H Tremblant.
