Developed in partnership with Rachel Julien, this 20-storey building will feature 287 rental units and a wide range of shared amenities, including an interior courtyard, fitness room, urban chalet, co-working space and rooftop terrace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In total, 1,200 metric tons of rebar will be required for the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #165788;\">Project progress<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AGF\u2019s work began in spring 2025, with the preparation of technical drawings in May, followed by the start of rebar installation on site in June. So far, the foundations and both basement levels have been completed and our team is currently working on the ground floor.
