It will be a modern, sustainable workspace with a focus on integration and community. Key features include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 floors above ground and five basement levels<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over 12,000 m\u00b2 of green spaces and walking areas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A work caf\u00e9 and amphitheater<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energy-efficient, sustainable design<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The campus is designed to create spaces that connect employees and the community, supporting both work and social interaction.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><\/b><span style=\"color: #165788;\">AGF\u2019s role in the construction of Campus Santander, in Chile<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For this project, AGF Chile is supplying and manufacturing a total of 4,850 metric tonnes of rebar, with more than 2,770 metric tonnes already delivered.
