S\u00e9bastien is the foreman of the Hillpark project, a six-storey condo tower located on Durocher Street in Montreal. Despite numerous obstacles (a constantly delayed schedule, last-minute changes, and more) he manages to keep his cool and remain pragmatic. Thoughtful and positive, he demonstrates exceptional leadership.<\/p>\n

During a jobsite visit with students from the Centre de formation des m\u00e9tiers de l’acier<\/em>, Serge demonstrated strong leadership by motivating the students and explaining the realities of the jobsite and foremen expectations. He has also worked hard over the past few weeks to help the project reach its goals. Thanks Serge!<\/p>\n
