Over the past few months, Marianne has stood out through her contributions to Evolution, her guidance and mentorship of an intern and, above all, her outstanding involvement in FondAcier. She also played a key role in producing a powerful video highlighting Mr. Serge Gendron\u2019s $1.5 million donation to Polytechnique Montr\u00e9al and the unveiling of the Espace Groupe AGF.<\/p>\n

Through her ability to inspire people to think beyond the obvious, leverage social engagement to strengthen AGF\u2019s reputation, and build meaningful connections between people, Marianne demonstrates inspiring leadership, a strong team spirit, and a remarkable ability to unite others around a shared vision.<\/p>\n

She is recognized for her creativity, strong storytelling skills and resourcefulness in finding solutions to deliver high-quality results, even when working within tight constraints. She also provided valuable support to her team by helping coordinate the logistics for Evolution.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to Olivier Arribas<\/strong> for his involvement with the internal straightening machine, his excellent work and his commitment to sharing his knowledge with colleagues. Well done as well to Mathieu Tourangeau<\/strong> for his contribution to the 5S project on the threading machine and his support to the continuous improvement team in creating an explanatory video and a best-practice guide for machine use.<\/p>\n

Well done to Miguel C.<\/strong> for demonstrating exemplary leadership on the external straightening machine by staying the course despite challenging conditions and mobilizing his team. Congratulations also to Anas Marouan<\/strong>, who stood out for the quality of his work, his excellent attitude, and his consistent performance. His daily commitment makes him a colleague the team can always rely on.<\/p>\n

Philippe Colangelo and his team win the AGF Safety Belt for the month of June!<\/p>\n

Deployed on the Station C construction site in Montreal, Philippe\u2019s team stood out for its strong leadership and exemplary collaboration on site, from the beginning to the end of the project.<\/p>\n

In a demanding environment, the team demonstrated constant vigilance and a strong commitment to health and safety. Risk situations were systematically raised, reflecting a solid culture of prevention and accountability. PPE was consistently worn every day, reflecting a high level of discipline and professionalism.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to Philippe and the entire team for their outstanding performance in HSE and their ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe job site!<\/p>\n
