Rendan Fabricators, une division d’AGF Rebar, participe actuellement \u00e0 plusieurs projets r\u00e9sidentiels d’envergure dans la r\u00e9gion d’Halifax.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Projet MZM Tower<\/h4>\n

En collaboration avec Fares Construction Ltd., Rendan participe \u00e0 la construction de la MZM Tower, une tour r\u00e9sidentielle de 20 \u00e9tages comprenant 105 unit\u00e9s d’appartements. <\/span><\/p>\n

Au total, 830 tonnes m\u00e9triques d’acier d’armature seront n\u00e9cessaires pour ce projet. Les travaux ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 en mai 2023 et devraient s’achever en avril 2025. Sur le chantier, une \u00e9quipe de six travailleurs s’active pour mener \u00e0 bien cette r\u00e9alisation.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Projet Abraham<\/b><\/h4>\n

En partenariat avec Commons View Holdings Limited, Rendan Fabricators travaille \u00e9galement sur le projet Abraham, un d\u00e9veloppement multifonctionnel de 9 \u00e9tages comprenant 108 appartements et des espaces commerciaux. <\/span><\/p>\n

Au total, 560 tonnes m\u00e9triques d’acier d’armature seront n\u00e9cessaires pour ce projet.\u00a0 Ce dernier a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en janvier 2024 et est pr\u00e9vu de se terminer en juin 2025. Cinq travailleurs d\u2019AGF sont mobilis\u00e9s sur ce chantier.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Projet r\u00e9sidentiel sur Pleasant Street<\/b><\/h4>\n

En collaboration avec Transom Properties, Rendan est impliqu\u00e9e dans la construction d’un immeuble de 8 \u00e9tages comprenant 137 unit\u00e9s r\u00e9sidentielles sur Pleasant Street.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le projet, qui comprend 835 tonnes m\u00e9triques d’acier d’armature, a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en novembre 2023 et devrait se conclure en janvier 2025. Une \u00e9quipe de six travailleurs est d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 ce projet.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
