Evolving in diverse and ever-changing markets, AGF Group Inc. must tailor its corporate structure with flair and conviction in order ta ensure solid performance and maximize shareholders return on investment.
Accordingly, I am announcing with great enthusiasm and optimist that all business units and activities related ta the Access Sector will be merged into a single corporation, which going forward will be managed by a dedicated administration team under the leadership of Mr. Vincent Dequoy, as President.
Effective since July 1st, AGF Access Group Inc. is composed of the following divisions: AGF Accès, AGF Access, AGF Access Rocky Mountains, Winsafe and Hydro Mobile.
This decision will ensure an optimal use of the specialized talents and resources of the management team formed by Thierry Lachapelle, Daniel Champagne, Jean-Pierre Blain and Josée Grilli and will favor the achievement of business objectives particular to the Access Sector, including inter division synergies, client referrals as well as the overall profitability targets of the Access Sector.
I stand convinced that this new approach is the way ta go and will lead to a more efficient approach in the marketplace. Please join me in wishing all the best to Vincent Dequoy, his team and the entire Access sector.
Como operamos en mercados diversos y en constante evolución, el Grupo AGF Inc. debe moldear su estructura empresarial con habilidad y seguridad para maximizar el desempeño y el rendimiento de la inversión de los accionistas.
Desde esta perspectiva, les anuncio con gran entusiasmo y optimismo que, a partir de ahora, las empresas y las actividades relacionadas con el sector Accès serán fusionadas y dirigidas con una administración completamente dedicada, a cargo de Vincent Dequoy como presidente.
En efecto, a partir del 1 de julio, el Grupo AGF Accès Inc. está compuesto de las divisiones: AGF Accès, AGF Access, AGF Access Rocky Mountains, Winsafe e Hydro Mobile.
Esta decisión permitirá optimizar el uso de recursos y talentos especializados del equipo de gestión compuesto por Thierry Lachapelle, Daniel Champagne, Jean-Pierre Blain y Josée Grilli y ayudará a que se alcancen los objetivos del sector Accès, es decir las sinergias, los intercambios, las referencias entre divisiones y, finalmente, la rentabilidad global del sector.
Creo que este nuevo método será uno de los más eficientes. Los invito a que juntos le deseemos éxito a Vincent Dequoy y a todo su equipo.
