One of the most satisfying things for me, when I look at our quarterly reports and see the makeup of our personnel is to see the great diversity of origins. Did you know that more than 60 nationalities are represented? This creates a very rich cultural mosaic and gives us a highly enviable pool of talent.
Of course, this situation results from our need to have the best available expertise, as well as an openminded attitude among our managers. It’s worth bearing this in mind, at a time when there seem to be movements of exclusion happening around us.
To all of my colleagues: rest assured that at AGF everyone is treated equally—regardless of rank, skin colour, religion or origin.

Una de mis más grandes satisfacciones cuando consulto nuestros informes trimestrales sobre la composición de nuestro personal es constatar la gran diversidad proveniente de nuestros colaboradores. ¿Sabía usted que más de sesenta nacionalidades son representadas? Esto nos procura un mosaico cultural extremadamente rico y una reserva de talentos realmente envidiable.
Esta situación por supuesto es el resultado de nuestra necesidad de adquirir las mejores competencias disponibles; sin embargo, también es el resultado de una abertura espíritu de la dirección. Esta abertura de espíritu debe recordarse en un momento en el que parecen manifestarse ciertos movimientos de exclusión en torno a nosotros.
A todos mis colegas, les aseguramos que en AGF todo el mundo es tratado de igual a igual, sin importar su jerarquía, color, religión u origen.
