AGF contributes to the Lib St-Hilaire Telus Project

Exciting developments are underway at the Lib St-Hilaire Telus project, a new residential community designed specifically for individuals aged 55 and over in collaboration with EMD-Batimo and Martineau Coffrage!

This innovative project aims to provide comfortable and accessible living spaces for seniors, featuring over 132 units tailored to meet their needs. The project will use 733 tons of rebar, a critical component that will help ensure the structural integrity and durability of the building.

Currently, there are two AGF employees actively working on the site. Their expertise is crucial in laying the groundwork for this significant endeavor. AGF commenced work on the Lib St-Hilaire Telus project on November 26, 2024 and the team is dedicated to maintaining a steady pace, with plans to complete the project by Fall 2025.

This project not only aims to enhance the living conditions for seniors but also contributes to the local economy by creating job opportunities and utilizing local resources. As the construction progresses, the community can look forward to a vibrant new residence that fosters a supportive environment for its residents.
