AGF Takes Part in Building the CF Laval Residence

AGF is currently engaged in the CF Laval Residence project located in Laval.

In collaboration with Reliance Construction of Canada, this ambitious project commenced in November 2024. It features two condominium towers, standing at 20 and 11 floors, which will be interconnected by a six-story building designed to serve as a common area.

As of February 4, 2025, a dedicated team of approximately seven to nine AGF members has been actively working on-site. The project is progressing rapidly, utilizing three cranes, including one mobile crane, and averaging three deliveries per week. The structural plans being implemented represent a design that is relatively uncommon in Quebec, having been introduced from Ontario.

The project is estimated to reach completion by June 2027, and we look forward to the unveiling of the final structure.
