On May 22, over 200 guests braved the grey weather to gather under the Cirque Éloize tent for our annual benefit evening, FondAcier. Organized in collaboration with La Tablée des Chefs and under the honorary presidency of Ms. Renée Daoust, founding architect, the event was a true celebration of solidarity, generosity and meaningful connections.
As the new Director of the Foundation, I was deeply moved by the energy in the air and the remarkable engagement of everyone present. The team spirit of AGF members, combined with the expertise and passion of La Tablée des Chefs, helped make the evening a unique and memorable experience.
Thanks to the generosity of our partners, nearly $300,000 was raised. This significant amount will allow us to continue our philanthropic mission across the country, supporting organizations that truly change lives.
The evening also brought to light a shared belief:
“Just as rebar is the foundation of a solid structure, social action is the foundation of a strong community.”

This first edition of FondAcier in my role as Director confirmed one thing: Together, we are true builders of possibilities.
