AGF connects Thetford Mines’ bridges for a stronger future

Two bridges, one goal: building strong structures to support a dynamic regional economy.

Mission accomplished for AGF, which this week completes its involvement in a major railway infrastructure project in Thetford Mines, Quebec, carried out for Construction Longer (on behalf of Construction de l’amiante).

A dual mandate, our expertise at the heart of the action

As part of the Québec Central railway rehabilitation, AGF was selected to supply and install rebar on two bridges (approximately 110 metric tonnes) for Construction Longer.

On each site, a team of 3 to 7 rebar installers put their expertise into action to build two strong and durable structures.

While the bridges themselves do not present exceptional technical complexity, the real achievement lies in the logistical management of the project. AGF successfully orchestrated exemplary coordination between teams, suppliers and partners, ensuring smooth progress and on-time delivery.
