Claudio Rebolledo, Sébastien Bélanger and the Post-Tension TeamSébastien Bélanger, Lionel Sampson and Bernard Langlois, with technical support from Claudio Rebolledo, completed the post-tensioning work on the Chauveau Park cycling bridge in Quebec City.
