On September 25, during our Annual General Meeting, a wave of pride and excitement swept across Canada. Together, we celebrated a significant milestone: $5 million given back to our communities since the creation of the AGF Group Foundation in 2012.
$5M of roots in our communities
Under the theme “$5M of Roots in Our Communities: A Foundation That Grows for Everyone,” each business unit was invited to symbolically nurture this commitment. For the occasion, each unit received a handcrafted “5M” rebar sculpture to plant alongside a tree or plant, a symbol of growth, sustainability and community anchoring.
A celebration reflecting our collective commitment
To mark this exceptional achievement, every business unit mobilized to experience this memorable moment. Ambassadors received a festive package to animate their local celebrations, and the team spirit was felt from coast to coast.
The London (Ontario) team stood out with the creation of a giant “5M” rebar sculpture!

Participation was high: laughter, shared cupcakes, flying confetti, and stickers reading “I make a difference” proudly displayed on helmets and computers alike.
