AGF is currently involved in the construction of Station C, a new residential rental complex located in the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough of Montreal, Quebec. Developed in partnership with Rachel Julien, this 20-storey building will feature 287 rental units and a wide range of shared amenities, including an interior courtyard, fitness room, urban chalet, co-working space and rooftop terrace.
In total, 1,200 metric tons of rebar will be required for the project.
Project progress
AGF’s work began in spring 2025, with the preparation of technical drawings in May, followed by the start of rebar installation on site in June. So far, the foundations and both basement levels have been completed and our team is currently working on the ground floor. In the coming months, construction will continue floor by floor, with the structure expected to reach the 20th level and roof by June 2026, marking the completion of AGF’s scope of work.
Strong and effective collaboration
Thanks to excellent communication between all stakeholders, including the engineering firm Leroux+Cyr, the work is progressing efficiently.
“This strong collaboration helps the project run smoothly and allows us to keep a steady pace on site,” says Sorin Ilas, Detailer at AGF.
We thank our client Rachel Julien for their trust in us and our team for their good work on this project.
