Éric Lagacé – Maintenance Technician / Quebec (Trois-Rivières) At the Trois-Rivières shop, an improvement was made to the 243 bending machine to make it easier to operate and reduce the physical effort required during use. Éric Lagacé led the process, design and installation of an addition to the machine, helping improve workstation ergonomics and reduce the risk of injury for the operator. Diego Bravo, Luis Felipe Quiros and the entire AGF Peru team – Peru (Lima)
Under the leadership of Diego Bravo and Luis Felipe Quiros, the entire Lima team organized an event in record time to inaugurate the new local plant. Clients, as well as diplomatic delegates, were invited to attend. No detail was overlooked. This event gave our clients the opportunity to see our dedication and professionalism firsthand. Tharshan Bakeerathan – Senior Technical Coordinator / Ontario (Markham)
Tharshan made a valuable contribution to the DVC project, one of Canada’s Top 100 projects. Through problem-solving and collaboration, he helped address feasibility and technical challenges from the design phase through installation. Working closely with Project Managers Ayo and Uilleam from the placing team, the team achieved strong results for this stage of the project. Great work by everyone involved! Mathieu Guilbeault and his team win the AGF Safety Belt for the month of May! 🏆 Currently mobilized on the temporary platform project at YUL Airport alongside general contractor PCL, Mathieu and his team stand out for their exemplary rigour and outstanding commitment to health and safety. In an environment where standards are among the highest in the industry, the team consistently demonstrates discipline, professionalism and strong engagement on site. Through solid preparation and flawless execution, they actively contribute to the success of the project while proudly representing AGF’s values. Congratulations to Mathieu and the entire team!
