AGF is pleased to announce the opening of its new branch in Kovilpatti, India. This is our fifth branch in the country and our third dedicated to rebar detailing, marking another milestone in strengthening our local presence. The new office expands our production capacity and supports the company’s continued growth.
The office is designed to host 25 engineers and technicians focused exclusively on rebar detailing. This dedicated setup improves coordination, speeds up execution and ensures consistent quality across deliverables.
The branch is located in Krishnanagar, in central Kovilpatti. It provides direct access to four key districts: Virudhunagar, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi and Tuticorin. This improves proximity to active and upcoming projects across the region.
The office is also close to the National Engineering College and the Unnamalai Engineering College. It supports stronger access to local engineering talent and future recruitment opportunities.
Kovilpatti is a well-known industrial and sports hub, regularly hosting national field hockey tournaments. The region is recognized for discipline and strong competitive performance.
And for the record, it’s field hockey, not ice hockey. While our Canadian colleagues are the experts on the ice, our Kovilpatti colleagues are keeping things “cool” on the turf, no skates or pucks required, just sharp play and solid teamwork.
The new branch fits right into that same local rhythm: focus, execution and teamwork in a steady working pace. It is built to support delivery at scale while staying close to key operational zones.
This opening strengthens AGF’s delivery network and reinforces our commitment to building capacity where it matters most.
