This month, two of our Ontario Ambassadors, Umar and Terri-Ann presented cheques to charities:
– Umar from AGF Rebar in Markham brought a donation to Margaret’s Housing and Community Support Services which helps homeless people living with mental illness and addiction.
– And Terri-Ann, from our AGF Steel branch in Ottawa, presented a cheque to Restoring Hope which supports homeless youth aged 16 to 24 in Ottawa who are marginalized and/or exploited.
It is thanks to the involvement of the AGF Group Foundation’s ambassadors and their colleagues that these fundraising activities have been a real success.
