BEST OF THE BEST AWARD

Wer are pleased to announce that the AGF Group had the honour of receiving the Community Leader Award, as part of the “Best of the Best Awards” ceremony organized by the Toronto Construction Association.  This award recognizes the company that contributes to making a real difference in the community. 

This success is the result of Maryam, Lindsay, Islam and Sam’s  involvement in the Greater Toronto Area community through the AGF Group Foundation. Good Job !

Foundation Week

The past month was marked by the fifth edition of Foundation Week, whose main goal is to raise awareness of the Foundation.

Information about the Foundation’s mission, values and impacts was sent to Group employees on a daily basis, so they could learn more about how it works and its role in the community.

The week is also an opportunity to celebrate those who are involved in the Foundation throughout the year, as well as those who are engaged in their community, by presenting each of them with a certificate of recognition.

Throughout the week, our ambassadors presented several micro-events with the aim of bringing teams together to talk about the Foundation. There was definitely no shortage of creativity on display at these events, which included breakfasts, lunches, half-and-half draws, and even playtime and a closing ceremony.

Thank you all for making the Foundation’s heart beat!

Painting works

Employees from Longueuil gave their time on Saturday, March 7 to go paint a new room at the Centre de répit La Petite Echelle. In addition to their time, they brought all the supplies needed for the work. All paint and accessories were supplied by our partner Sherwin-Williams from Brossard. A great help greatly appreciated by the Centre.

Semana de la Fundación

Este mes estuvo marcado por la quinta edición de la Semana de la Fundación y uno de sus principales objetivos es hacer conocer la Fundación.

La información relativa a la misión de la Fundación, a sus valores y a sus impactos, es enviada cotidianamente a los empleados del Grupo para permitirles aprender más sobre su funcionamiento y su papel en la comunidad.

Esta semana también es la ocasión de distinguir a aquellos que durante el año se implican en la Fundación y también en su comunidad entregándoles a cada uno un certificado de reconocimiento.

Para subrayar esta semana, nuestros embajadores organizaron varios pequeños eventos cuyo objetivo era reunir a los equipos para hablar de la Fundación. Lo menos que podemos decir es que no les faltó creatividad para estos eventos: desayunos, almuerzos y también sorteos 50/50, al igual que juegos y una ceremonia de clausura.

Nos alegra ver que estos esfuerzos permitieron reclutar nuevos embajadores y nuevos donadores.
