New treasurer

A few weeks ago, AGF Group Foundation’s board of directors was pleased to welcome a new member. She is Valérie Massé, division controller in Longueuil, who will be take over responsibility for the Foundation’s treasury from Jean-Pierre Blain. 

Why did you join the Foundation?
I have always cared about people, and the well-being of those around me is really important to me. It was only natural for me to get involved with the Foundation. The values it upholds, such as altruism and team spirit, are very important to me, both in my personal and my professional life, and I strive to live by them. 

What do you like most about the Foundation?
I’m pleased to be able to work with the Foundation and to help various organizations help the community. My involvement with the Foundation is also an opportunity to work with the highly motivated people who make it all possible, both the Foundation’s ambassadors and its board members.   
We all lead busy, full lives, but I encourage everyone to give a little time to others. It costs nothing and it makes you feel good.

Una nueva tesorera

Desde hace varias semanas, el Consejo de administración de la Fundación Grupo AGF tuvo el placer de recibir a un nuevo miembro: Valérie Massé. En su puesto de Contralor de división en Longueuil, se ocupará de la tesorería de la Fundación, reemplazando a Jean-Pierre Blain.

¿Por qué te uniste a la Fundación Grupo AGF?

El ser humano siempre ha estado al centro de mis preocupaciones y el bienestar de las personas que me rodean es muy importante para mí. Así que es lógico que me implique en la Fundación. Los valores que transmite la Fundación como el altruismo y el espíritu de equipo son valores muy importantes para mí tanto en mi vida personal como profesional y me empuja a darles prioridad.

¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de la Fundación?

Me alegra poder asociarme a la Fundación y así apoyar a varios organismos para ayudar a la comunidad. Además, al participar en la Fundación puedo frecuentar a gente muy motivada que le permite a los embajadores de la Fundación y a los miembros del consejo de administración hacer todo posible.

Todos tenemos vidas ocupadas, pero aliento a todos a brindarle un poco de tiempo al prójimo. No cuesta nada y proporciona bienestar.
