AGF is contributing to several ACI award-winning projects

On March 13, 2025, the Quebec and Eastern Ontario Chapter of ACI held its annual gala to announce the winners of the sixth edition of the Concrete Construction Excellence Awards. This gala was created to celebrate outstanding visions in the field of concrete construction, highlighting innovation, technology, and excellence within the industry.

2025 Award Winners

An independent jury, composed of renowned industry professionals, evaluated the submissions based on rigorous criteria such as architectural value, creativity, innovative construction techniques, and sustainable practices.

During the gala, eight awards and three special mentions were presented across various categories, including the following projects to which AGF contributed:

• Exposed or Decorative Concrete: Rehabilitation of the Lionel-Groulx District Station
• Repair and Restoration: Sources Interchange
• Mid-Rise Buildings: Royalmount – Phase 1
• High-Rise Buildings: Espace Montmorency
• Special Mention from the Quebec Reinforcing Steel Institute (IAAQ): Dorchester Apartments

The winning projects will also be submitted for consideration at the ACI International Gala, which will be held on October 27, 2025, in Baltimore, Maryland (USA).
