AGF – C&T Inc. Merge

We are happy to announce that AGF- C&T Inc., based in Scarborough, ON, has merged with AGF- Rebar Inc. this April 1, 2019.

From April 1, 2019, AGF – Rebar Inc. will be one company with local services in Toronto, Kitchener, London, and Sudbury, and will continue to remain part of AGF Group Inc.

This decision stems from our desire to bring the Ontario business units together under a single entity, to take advantage of synergies and to provide excellent customer service.

Our team of dedicated employees and all contact information will remain unchanged.

However, it is important to note that from April 1, 2019 onward all contracts, orders, invoices and payments will need to be addressed to AGF – Rebar Inc. using the following mailing address: AGF – Rebar Inc., 80 Centennial Road, Kitchener, Ontario, N2B 3G1

Following this merger, AGF – Rebar Inc. and its divisions will continue to provide exceptional service and will remain trusted partners in the field of reinforcing steel.
