News from AGF Steel (Ottawa Division)

On our last day as AGF Raymond Rebar Inc., the Ottawa team organized a customer appreciation event to thank our customers for their regular business, trust, loyalty and support in the last fiscal year. We celebrated another great year of high-profile projects in our region. We hosted the event, which was part educational and part motivational, at K&S on the Keys.

We invited Fiberline Composites and V-Rod Canada to give a presentation on the specifics and uniqueness of Glassfibre Reinforced Polymer reinforcing systems and their own products. The event also featured international motivational speaker and sales guru Bob Urichuck, who presented a talk based on his book Discipline for Life, focusing on personal and professional growth.   

We owe a great part of our company’s success to our customers and the respect that AGF enjoys in the Ottawa region. Above all, we credit the great team of experts and staff at AGF Steel Inc. who are all eager to grow. They’re flexible and they understand the importance of listening to customers to find best practices and solutions. The team’s expertise reaches far beyond the projects normally seen in this area and allows the company to successfully take on unique and challenging projects such as the Ottawa Light Rail Transit project and the Chaudière Island Power Dam.  Customers appreciate AGF’s proactive approach to meeting their needs and providing excellent service, and recognize the Group’s impeccable integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, professionalism and, most importantly, respect for their employees.

Durante nuestro último día en AGF Raymond Rebar inc., el equipo de Ottawa organizó un evento de apreciación a los clientes, para agradecerles por su fidelidad por hacer negocios con nosotros, por su confianza, por su lealtad y por su apoyo durante el último año financiero. Juntos celebramos otro gran año de prestigiosos proyectos en nuestra región. El evento se organizó en KS on the Keys; fue un encuentro educativo y en parte motivacional.

Las empresas Fiberline Composites y V-Rod Canada nos hablaron de las características y de la especificidad de los sistemas de refuerzo de polímeros reforzados de fibra de vidrio y de sus propios productos. El evento también destacó al conferencista motivador y gurú de ventas conocido mundialmente, Bob Urichuck, quien realizó una presentación basada en su libro Discipline for Life, el cual pone énfasis en el crecimiento personal y profesional. 

El éxito de la empresa depende en gran parte de nuestros clientes y de la buena reputación de la que goza AGF en la región de Ottawa, pero se basa sobre todo en el extraordinario equipo de especialistas y el personal de Acier AGF inc., todos motivados a crecer, flexibles y conscientes de la importancia de estar a la escucha del cliente para lograr encontrar las mejores prácticas y soluciones.
