Youth assumes its place at AGF

When I recently had an opportunity to visit our various plants and construction sites, something became obvious to me: AGF’s teams are young and the company has demonstrated its confidence in its younger workers, assigning important responsibilities to those under 40.

For me, this observation is a breath of fresh air because it is a sign that the company has good depth and that training, when given the importance it deserves, can produce excellent results. A good combination of experience and vitality is what it will take to ensure the sustainability of our operations. By building on these strengths, AGF will continue to prosper.
