Ethics at the heart of AGF

At AGF, we believe that a healthy work environment is built on respect, integrity and the ability for everyone to speak up. That’s why, I’m currently touring our international business units to talk about ethics. The ethics hotline we’ve implemented exists precisely to provide everyone with a safe way to report a concern and to ensure that our values are truly applied every day.

The discussions I’m having with the different teams focus in particular on:

• the importance of integrity in our relationships;
• our role in our communities;
• protecting confidential information;
• steps to prevent conflicts and how to resolve them if they arise;
• resources available if anyone has questions or concerns.

These visits are also a wonderful opportunity for me to reconnect with colleagues around the world. Recently in India, Costa Rica, Chile, and more recently in Guadeloupe and Martinique, alone or with Marie-Pier Lapointe (Vice President, Human Resources) and Gabriel Bonin (Vice President, International), I love hearing our teams share what matters most to them. Each time, I’m reminded of the strong sense of pride, support and belonging we all feel as part of the AGF family.
