Ser Escalante residential project in San José, Costa Rica

The Ser Escalante project, located in front of Parque Francia in San José’s Escalante district in Costa Rica, is an 18-storey residential tower featuring studio apartments ranging from 31 m² to 68 m².
Launched in October 2023, the project stands out for its unique features.

With more than 775 tonnes of reinforcing steel to lay, Ser Escalante requires a great deal of management and speed of execution. One of the first challenges was the fact that the project was launched at the height of the rainy season, causing a number of delays. To compensate, our employees had to step up the pace of construction – delivering a floor every ten days to meet the 10-month deadline.

Also, during the course of the project, the building underwent a structural design change, involving the addition of an extra floor.
