We are proud to say that the construction of Campus Santander, Santander’s new corporate headquarters in Santiago, Chile, is progressing steadily. It will be a modern, sustainable workspace with a focus on integration and community. Key features include:
- 12 floors above ground and five basement levels
- Over 12,000 m² of green spaces and walking areas
- A work café and amphitheater
- Energy-efficient, sustainable design
The campus is designed to create spaces that connect employees and the community, supporting both work and social interaction.
AGF’s role in the construction of Campus Santander, in Chile
For this project, AGF Chile is supplying and manufacturing a total of 4,850 metric tonnes of rebar, with more than 2,770 metric tonnes already delivered. Since January 2024, our team has focused on cutting, bending and prefabricating beams and cages, ensuring each component is ready for installation.
Prefabrication plays a key role in this project. In addition to enhancing on-site safety, it helps reduce rework and simplify logistics, major advantages in such a complex construction environment.
Each batch of rebar is tracked and documented to meet project specifications and Ferrovial’s audit requirements, ensuring smooth deliveries and seamless coordination.
Looking ahead
AGF aims to complete its scope of work by the second quarter of 2026, contributing directly to Santander’s new corporate building as it takes shape in Santiago’s urban landscape.
