For several years, AGF has contributed to the construction of the prestigious Marquise complex, a large-scale residential project located in Laval, Quebec. Carried out in collaboration with Les Entreprises QMD Inc., this high-end development will include a total of eight residential and rental condominium towers upon completion.
Several phases completed
Having started its involvement in the project more than ten years ago, AGF is proud to have taken part in most phases of Marquise, supplying and installing rebar for nearly all the residential towers in the complex.
“When a client entrusts us with several phases of the same project, it’s always a good sign. It reflects the trust that’s been built over time,” says Steve Guérin, Sales Director at AGF.
Eighth and final phase nearing completion
Since November 2024, AGF has been working on Phase 8, the final tower of the complex. This 16-storey building will require a total of 1,100 metric tonnes of rebar.
To date, most of the work has been completed. Our team is currently working on the slab of the sixteenth and final floor, with roofing work set to begin in the coming days. This marks the final stage of our contribution to a large-scale project carried out efficiently and in close coordination with our client.
We thank QMD for their trust and continued collaboration. In addition to the Marquise project, AGF has completed several other residential developments alongside QMD in Greater Montreal, including Lum Pur Fleuve in Brossard, and the Néo Condos and Le Solstice complexes in Montreal. QMD also built AGF’s head office in Longueuil in 2012.
