The Quebec AGF team is proud to participate in the construction of B4, part of the Fleur de Lys shopping center transformation project led by Trudel Corporation.
The Fleur de Lys project, located in the heart of Quebec City, plans the construction of 3,500 housing units, a 150-room hotel, commercial spaces, and much more over the next 5 to 10 years. The revitalization of this area will be a significant asset for the sector and future residents, transforming it into a more attractive and inclusive living environment with more green spaces.
AGF’s Involvement in B4
AGF is currently working on B4, which will include a large commercial space, two floors of parking, and two condo towers of 12 and 14 stories. For this project, AGF will provide approximately 4,350 metric tons of rebar.
Project Execution
The B4 project is being carried out in “fast track” mode, a project management method where the different phases of design, procurement, and construction run in parallel, thus speeding up the overall schedule. This requires close coordination between the design and construction teams to manage real-time changes and reduce delays.
To meet the demands of this fast-paced and complex project, our dedicated team works tirelessly. Their teamwork, leadership, and excellent performance ensure the project’s success.
