Cavendish Housing Project in Montreal

AGF is actively participating in  the construction of the Cavendish, a 350-unit residential complex in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighborhood of Montreal.

This project involves specific techniques, including the construction of inverted conical columns and Y-columns. These elements not only enhance the building’s aesthetic appeal but also maximize space efficiency and provide a strong structural support.

The project requires the expertise of a team of 4 to 5 rodmen, expanding to 8 to 9 during the peak construction phases. Initiated in August 2023, the Cavendish is expected to be completed by June 2024.
